Their original aim was to make whisky in the style of the great 1950's bottlings. That is, it will have a modicum of peat (12ppm). This 10yo is part of the core range and according to Gavin Smith, 'Mouthcoating, spicy, malty and nutty on the palate, with developing citrus fruits, raisins and soft wood smoke.'
