APOTECA and Georges' on Waymouth are celebrating their 20th Anniversary with a progressive dinner between the two restaurants.

The evening will commence at APOTECA at 6:30pm.

Enjoy a glass of Billecart-Salmon Brut Rosé on arrival with a selection of three canapés

Kangaroo Island marron, pea, curry cream and curry leaf

Rosemary & fennel roasted pork, crackle, ham croquette, sauce gribiche

Guests will then make their way to Georges at 8:15pm:

House made squid ink & prawn tortelloni, nduja, lemon pangrattato

George's Signature Lamb Press, carrot puree, sesame spiced carrots, watercress, jus

Cos salad, radish, dill, cherry tomato, honey & olive oil dressing

Crispy potatoes & rosemary salt

A selection of cheese aged in the Woodside Cheese Wrights caves for over 12 months & accompaniments

Any changes to the menu or wine on the night are beyond APOTECA and George's control. Unfortunately, due to the nature of the event regrettably dietary requirements cannot be met on this occasion.
